I've watched Dragon Ball to GT, is Dragon Ball Super any good? I've watched resurrection of Frieza and I don't know how to feel about the different levels of Super Saiyan God...

Goku Vs Black

 

Episode 55 is hilarious, easily the funniest episode yet.

 

Yea, was an awesome episode.

I'm interested to see how Zeno, Zamasu and Goku all tie in together.

I'm guessing maybe goku presses the button when fighting Super Rose Black in the next ep.

 

Excited to see rose wondering if it's stronger then Goku and vegeta in blue form

 

Man, what an ending. Was a great ep.

 

Really tired of Vegeta getting beat up after transcending his previous form only to have Goku fight and obviously win in the end.

I assume the "rose" form is ssj blue with a different color? Goku black did say he reached Son Goku, not surpassed. This could also be why he wasn't surprised when Vegeta turned ssjb. It looks like he gets stronger with every hit he takes, so he could've been on equal footing with Vegeta and got stronger as the fight progressed.

 

Would be nice to see Vegeta defeat someone for once, but he's not beat yet. After he eats a senzu bean he should get a powerup via a zenkai boost

Zenkai

 

Are you assuming this would happen?

 

They always bring senzu beans with them and the zenkai boost is a saiyan genetic trait that gives them a huge powerup if they recover from a fatal injury so it's definitely going to happen.

 

I don't think Zenkai is relevant in this story line. Vegeta has reached the level of a transcendent being. Even if he does get stronger, it's very unlikely that will have any significance battle-wise. We'll see though.

 

This thread inspired me to start watching Dragon Ball, on episode 6 so far and really enjoying it.

 

Great episode today, can't wait to see how they end up beating Zamasu.

I doubt Black is actually a wished 'evil servant' Goku. Seems for sure like a red herring.

 

I can't stand the Japanese voice acting for Super but I'm too impatient to wait for the dub.

It's been a great series so far

 

I hate how Gohan is just a sissy now..... used to love him back in dbz
