95-99 Str

Try Ankous and Flesh Crawlers.

They hit relatively low, meaning you would be able to train there for long periods of time (maximizing XP/hour).

 

F2P, I would try Cockroaches its great xp and good cash...

 

Spiders maybe? They auto-attack pretty sure.

 

Ankous or flesh crawlers probably

 

Spiders auto-attack you in the barbarian dungeon. You just got to baby sit and move once in a while to make them aggressive again.

 

Word of advice. Find monsters that have low defence and attack with decent amount of hitpoints. Do not think of leveling at Ankous, Cockroaches. They are horrible xp and do too much damage to be good training monsters.

With your stats, I would say zombies in the room before the north flesh crawlers. They are similar to spiders on the 3rd floor of the dungeon. Other monsters: Hobgoblins (if you ignore the limp drops),Hill giants(meh), Lessers(Meh),

 

you are gonna wanna kill yourself getting 99 str on f2p

I highly recommend getting membership and soul warring your way to 99 str, or yaks

its very much worth the extra 6 bucks, or 2-4 on sythe

 

Sweet going for 99str thats pretty bad ass, Kill flesh crawlers, I get about 30-40k str xp a hour good luck ! about 350k xp doing 10hrs a day, isnt too bad.

 

I would definitely suggest Spiders in stronghold.
Other than that
- Ankous
- Cockroach soldiers
- Flesh Crawlers
I Honestly would pay for atleast one month of membership to get the levels almost 2x faster.
