Anybody here use steroids?

Yes, slightly receding temples, acne on shoulders and back, increased blood pressure. But it's different for everybody and it depends on what you're using and how much. A guy I know did 2 cycles of testosterone with some mild orals, got horrible back acne but no hair loss. As far as hair loss goes I think that it just speeds it up what would have happened anyway.I personally didn't get any acne scars and it wasn't that horrible compared to what others get.It cleaned up completely 2-3 months after I stopped using. The only way to find out how it will affect you is to start small and have your pct ready if you want to stop immediately

 

I would personally not use anavar because of the simple fact that its an oral steroid. Yes its the one with the lowest amount of risk, but liver damage risk is simply not worth it, do not waste your time doing tablets if you want to be lifting for a long time, also for the simple fact that your liver would be breaking down the dosage everytime so you would not even get the full 100% effect from that tablet. I would suggest something like a 12 week test only cycle 400-500 mg a week, maybe every 5 days for stable blood levels. Do it in the shoulder and then rotate each week different shoulders. Use a thin needle, so that it goes slow the injection because you don't want marks in the long run, not worth it. Thats more than enough to grow and to get to understand how your body reacts to steroids mate. If you cannot grow from a test only cycle then you probably don't know how to train proper.. because if you would go on a 400-500m a week cycle thats almost 10 times more then what your producing right now as a natural, so you should grow plenty from this. I never done steroids myself btw, just know a lot about it as I find bodybuilding interesting. Btw, how old are you?

 

Anavar damage on liver is really small. It's not like we're talking about superdrol. But you get suppressed appetite from it most of the time.
Shoulders are a horrible spot because it's a small muscle so it would take much longer for the liquid to "spread" to the rest of his body (assuming he's using test enanthate). If you want the added difficulty of raising your arms and swollen delts go ahead. It should be injected in glutes or quads. When you're running out of spots then you go to smaller muscle groups.There won't be any noticeable marks from needles and if you pick a needle that's too thin - good luck pushing testosterone enanthate through it. It's not like insulin when you can pick the smallest needle. But yeah testosterone only and he could add something like ibutamoren (mk677) to boost his appetite

 

If shoulders is such a horrible spot then why do so many pro's do it?

 

because they run out of spots on glutes, quads, hamstrings. When they use a lot of injectables especially fast acting ones, they even start pinning their calves and lats. The point is it should not be your primary spot when there are way better spots available

 

If you’re unsure about it so much why not try something a bit lighter like SARMs certainly not 100% same effects but you’ll certainly notice a difference. + drug tests won’t show up (Most of them). #Swoleisthegoal
