Its not that big of a deal..if you think about it. Shes a freshman in high school and hes a junior / senior ? .. when i was a junior i had sex with a freshman ?

Assess the situation from a parents perspective. I can't imagine what the girls family is going through right now. I'd be so torn, borderline disowning her. Its not so much the act of fellatio, but rather that this fourteen year old girl was conscious of the fact she was being filmed and embraced it.

In most states, 18 is the age of consent, therefor they are BOTH under age.

There's a big difference between a 25 year old being with a 14 year old, but a 17 year old being with a 14 year old shouldn't be an issue. They're both in highschool, they both need to start making grown up decisions, this definitely wasn't one.

 

This happens every day all around the world and no one cares. If everything is consensual then why should people care.

 

Which is why im blaming the internet, and grieving for the girls family, who are probably appalled and extremely embarrassed right about now.

What's morally wrong about two kids engaging in a sexual act? Both are mature enough to understand the implications behind what they're doing. The only concerns are that this act is taking place on school grounds, they're filming it, and there is a minor age difference. Morality doesn't come into play, its just not tasteful- anything they're doing. If they want to be perceived as trailer trash, so be it.

You guys do know that even if you're 14 you still can't look at videos of other 14 year olds, right? and by that I mean videos like this (cp) I've heard of minors taking naked photos of their same aged minor girlfriends and being charged with producing cp...Its still against the law...

Do you realize how many under aged people watch porn? CP doesn't make any difference to someone who is the same age. I've never even heard of someone getting in trouble for watching porn at home while being underaged, though Im sure its happened before. I've personally seen the video, its nothing special, hardly worth going about shouting internet threats of it being illegal.

As far as producing CP, duh they got in trouble. You must realize that tons of people get away with watching illegal things on the internet, and by tons i mean 99%. Creating CP is a whole different story; once you send it somewhere - it's gone forever, and your never going to get it back. Considering how people are with stuff like this now days, its sent to everyone in their contacts. And theirs, and then theirs, and eventually it will reach a pedophile who ends up posting it on one of "those" websites.

 

My whole point was that being 14 isn't an excuse for watching the video...Also, for people saying "its no big deal"...it is a big deal, its called producing cp...you took it all wrong...
