Scam reports taking a long time to be done?

I rarely involve myself in sythe politics but I think its time I bring this up.

I've had a scam report open'd for 7 days which I've had to bump 5 times and it has 280 views with no comments by staff?

I understand sythe staff are people to but an open report for 7 days come on ?

I have the utmost respect for sythe staff but this guy could of scammed whatever he wanted by this point lolz, he's even viewed his own scam report multiple times.

Usually it is because your report is lacking conclusive evidence to insta-ban. Quite a number of us are busy with college/mid-terms. Apologies. I'll try and speed it up for ya :)

I notice this often too. I'm not trying to bash the staff, because IRL > RS of course, and I assume scam reports take a good chunk of time to thoroughly review; however, if they could take precedence, or possibly more priority than they do, as they often do go unchecked. Even just a post saying "we're looking through it now, please wait patiently" a few hours after it's posted would assure a lot more people than it being vacant of staff posts for several days. Just acknowledging it's there would be appreciated by many. Just a suggestion :p

Mods are constantly very busy with IRL issues man. If you have an urgent request you should send a PM and also add them on skype.

Not disputing that, I understand, they're humans. Their eyes aren't glued to the screen haha :p

All I was suggesting is that if a new scam report is posted, that it should take precedence to look at. As I said, even just a post by a mod acknowledging that it has been posted, saying that they will look at it soon when they have free time would be appreciated by many. Often you'll see a scam report open for several days without a post by a mod, which makes it seem like they're ignoring it. It's understandable that they don't have the time, but it's easy to take 30 seconds to post that they'll look into it soon.
