GFX from Banned User?

So I asked for a signature in the Free GFX section. Am I permitted to use the signature? When I got on today to check the thread, he was TwC'd and banned. I'm probably not going to use it, but I was just wondering what would happen in a situation where I did want to use it.

 

Honestly, I would double check with a staff member. It's not considered stolen goods because it's free. So I would just clarify.

 

He was banned after he made you that signature. So yes, you can use it.

 

Lol why would it be against the rules to use a signature a banned member made you? If that's a rule that's just downright retarded.
