About donations

I have recently donated 50$, how ever I do no have access to a computer. Any way someone could place the ranks for me?

 

Your rank should come automatically once the donation is processed. It usually takes about 24 hours from what I was told for the donation to be processed. If you do not receive your rank within 24 hours contact the user that you donated through or Matthew.

 

When I donated I had to go into my user center and apply the rank so I don't think that's true. I would recommend private messaging an admin to be honest.

 

If it doesn't automatically come with the pm about the donation finishing processing, I'd suggest adding it manually from the user center. I'm sure you can get on sythe from a laptop or a borrowed computer. Is the lack of computer a permanent thing for you? If so I'd just contact a mod/N4N0 and let them know your situation.

 

Yea the no computer thing will be over in a few weeks. But it would be nice to have my donor rank :/ I can't drag/ drop on a phone

 

I'd just ask a mod or be patient and wait the few weeks

N4NO probably cant do anything with it Matthew is in charge of donations he can for sure help you with the problem.

 

I believe N4N0 could because this is not a problem with actually donating, it is simply applying a rank.

 

Just be patient, it'll come in in time
