    Even if you don't believe you've used your sythe password on any other sites we recommend changing your password.

    Highly recommend those that don't have two-factor to look into it and activate it. It's not complicated at all, and takes around 2 minutes all in all.

    There's also now a captcha challenge on the login script. This is to prevent hackers trying to brute force passwords.

    For example if they got a password of yours from another site there's a reasonably high chance that removing numbers from the end or trying different numbers would yield your sythe password. (A lot of people structure their passwords like this.)

    To prevent brute force attacks we have upped our security. Users need to do their part too by changing weak or old passwords.

    Done. Thanks for the announcement. Even had a password that was very old on this site now I realized. Always used to just clicking log in. Sucks to those that have been hacked so far. Probably a best idea to change your passwords on every major site you are on.

    I tripped when I seen Twitch got hacked, well.. at least they e-mailed me.

    I feel as if Tribot have just fucked me in the arse, I've got quite a collection of scripts on there.. The thought of it being compromised makes me feel sick.

    Thank you Sythe Admin for being informative, otherwise I'd have never known about this!
