I agree that the forum should be renamed, but I think that "Vices" is too vague of a term and doesn't really fit, considering how it would overlap with the Cheating sections (unless you're proposing merging those two together as well), and swapping doesn't break any in-game rules. What about just calling it "Runescape Clans and Servers" instead and moving all of the guides out?

 

While that would strictly fit under the term vices it's not one that's ever used to describe those activities, rather associated with drug use, smoking or alcohol etc. A name change would be fine but not to your proposed idea in my opinion.

 

Why isn't gambling included with botting under "Cheating" since gambling was made against the rules years ago?

Why not have swapping threads for clans in their designated Gold Swapping section under the market?

Just make the section "Runescape Private Servers" and move all the stuff that isn't private server related to the appropriate forums.

 

Would be simpler, if anything comes up, to title it like Miscellaneous RuneScape-related Advertisements or something =o

Support for whatever, I'd prefer runescape misc or runescape misc subforum to boost activity though.

 

I locked it cuz this is essentially fixing a wording error and you don't need public support for that. No one's going to object to rewording that poorly-worded section
