I think something like this would be useful, alot of users always post with questions about specific workouts, how to gain/lose weight ect and maybe even a lost of bbasic common workouts and how to do them.

I'm not very versed on the subject so maybe I can get jack/others to help me throw something toghter. ( I spit that mad broscience)

Do you think this kind of sticky would be useful?
Is this something you'd be interested in? Or interested in helping create?

    Yes, no, maybe so.

I haven't seen duplicate threads that would warrant a FAQ, especially that of relating to workouts. The fitness community is so diverse in method and intolerance, that a clash of opinions of what is good/better/bad is foreseeable. I'm not against the addition of one. If anyone feels like they can make a FAQ, and keep an open mind about the diversity in work outs, go for it.

I think a thread relating to health as a whole, is more beneficial.

Eg: "How To Maintain Good Health"

Nah. There aren't THAT many threads and I don't like stickies that effectively reduce discussion.

Also with the extremely differing opinions on fitness, collaborating with a few people to make a sticky would be extremely difficult anyways. I've found issue with a lot of the advice people have given in that section for example.

Do you want to work on one and then we'll decide if it warrants a sticky or not?

I'm generally against having stickies like that however
