    I think it would be a good addition, I dont know much about websites and how they operate/if you could do that though.

    I think that Adams suggestion is the perfect addition to turn an iffy suggestion into a good one.

    • Helps the markets by speeding up transactions. You already see who's online, you see who all of the workers of a specific service are, and assuming you already know what you're trying to do, you're skyping/pming the person without even having to go on the thread/post.

    • 2) It'd be an ease of access. Very convenient, especially for the user who has multiple tags open already running a clocked out processor.

    • 3) Gives the thread starter a sense of control over their business, being able to add their workers to the title of the thread. I'm sure a lot of business owners would like the idea of: Potential buyers can see my workers and I and if we're online while browsing to pick a user to deal with.

    To the arguments:

    Everything new looks weird; you'd get used to it over time.

    I like how he did the art for us already haha. I know this has been suggested before as Ghast showed. But We have to think about what the capabilities of the forum hosting website is. Sythe uses vbulletin, if this feature can be implemented then great, however it may not be possible with the company.

    Few flaws with this. What about people that have 4-5 workers? What if they don't have sythe accounts and get orders directly from the website linked in the thread? I like the suggestion, but I don't think it would work.

    So I set up an autoclicker to keep me online 24/7. Then how is this useful?

    I think being able to show their workers in an efficient and less-than-bulky way would be simple js. It's only action to an already existing interface.

    I'm not a pro by ANY means but wouldn't a dropdown animation look something like:

    var main = function() {
    $('.dropdown-toggle').click(function() {
    $('dropdown.menu').toggle();
    });
    }

    if {
    _______

    I've added offline people and waited to do business with them when they logged on (to much consideration), however I've also been browsing the markets and needed to throw my money at the first person online who could provide what I needed.

    The only significant effect I believe this would have on the nature of the markets is a faster flow of transaction for the latter situation.

    Besides that, the thread still exist and can be clicked on.

    Other users can see your online status regardless.

    If someone wants to take the rather arbitrary route of appearing online 24/7 then to each their own but that route can easily become maladaptive; traders'll be hard pressed to compete in a market when their customers think that they're always online at the 'perfect time' but only respond in a short window.

    No support.

    I just see it being too cluttered knowing every thread would have this, would look terrible.

    Contrary to my original post, I think it's a good idea. I've supported it in the past, and do so now. It's just for convenience, and I don't see how this would be an issue at all. As it stands, I think the only roadblock with this is if it's compatible with vBulletin.

    This is too far fetched. I don't see anyone doing this, or anything in conjunction to it.

    In regards to the clutter look of it, I don't see it myself.

    -----------------------------------------------------------------

    Perhaps an option to turn it on/off?
    #increaseusercontrollability2k15*

    Perhaps even an option exclusively for donors. I could see it being especially beneficial for those who deal heavily in the markets.

    Out of ignorance but still perspective enough to be said, I'd think that it'd be possible considering all of the other cool things Sythe and devs have done with the site.

    If it's able to be coded, the starter of the thread. I think an increase in user controllability* may be a healthy addition to the site.
