LoL Account sales

The past week I've seen two, at least, scam reports concerning bottled League accounts. The common answer was essentially too bad, should've known it was more likely than not going to get banned. That shouldn't be the standard, it should be the exception. I understand consumer beware on all products sold on a black market, but it shouldn't be an implicit fact as it isn't widely advertised. Post a sticky or force the inclusion of a clause in each thread selling bottled accounts stating that by accepting this the seller is relieved of all responsibility. In proof pictures the seller would need to have a picture showing the agreement to the clause specifically. Or something similar to that. The easy solution is a sticky, the effective solution would be the second.

 

If you botted the account, you should make it public knowledge. That's like me selling a cracked desk, or scratched cd without stating it's condition. Sure both can still be utilized, but the longevity of use is short, and is information that isn't being shared with the buyer.

That's a scam if you ask me.
