    Ways and methods of reducing chest and stomach fat.

    Since I stopped smoking weed last year i have put on a few pounds due to a restored diet and appetite (I used to smoke all day and hardly eat)

    I've ordered a weight bench with bar and plates weighing 50kg in total, its a start of course but I'm wondering if this will help sculpt the fatty tissues surrounding my chest, I've got a little bit of moobs going on lol, I want to know if bench presses will help this to slowly reduce in time.

    If there are any other methods you want to share feel free :)

    Edit..this is not just about loosing weight but sculpting torso muscles aswell

    Yeah targeting fat loss in a certain area isn't possible. If you want a better torso or abs, increasing the muscle there by doing bench presses and ab workouts will give you more "sculpting" around there

    Imo that I an uneducated response. Smoking high quantities of cannabis can lead to reduced appetite due chemical imbalance in the brain caused by the pot, of course you get munchies but this doesn't last long. So please re think that answer.. I class that as spam.

    Indeed, so essentially i am looking to transform the fatty tissues into muscle, I have heard there are different types of lifts that target different areas of the torso, I am goin to compile a regime to follow.

    Maybe start off with cardio before workouts (biking, and swimming are great), then get into strong lifts and keep at it.

    Yes ^ this is good to do because it is called a pulse raiser and it helps to reduce injury because it warms your muscles up.

    To build muscle your gonna need a whole lot of determination because it's not easy, trust me. I would suggest to do more reps with lighter weights instead of doing Heavy weights with lower reps, this is because with more reps your body will look cleaner and not so bulk. Unless you want to look bulk then by all means Lift Super heavy weights with low reps. To build your Abdominal's and your Pectoral muscles i would suggest doing push ups and situps and do 10 reps of each for 3 sets (Increase reps and your sets overtime) and add this into your regular routine.

    Wishing you the best of luck with your workouts and my biggest tip is to just enjoy what you are doing and never half ass things do em fully because this will not produce Hypertrophy (increase in muscle size)

    Fat deposits is based on the individual's body. Start by losing body fat through cardio and slowly but surely it will vanish from the spots you want as well.

    Have a scheduled program with your meals, cardio etc, always count your calories per day, and you'll get rid of that fat easy, as long as you stick to your program.

    Do lots of cardio and eat less.

    Sounds easy, but actually hard to apply.

    I do the following exercises in the gym:

    bench press for 90-100% of max lifts for 4-6 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    squats for 80-100% of max lifts for 6-8 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    deadlifts for 80-100% of max lifts for 6-8 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    stand-up military press for 40-70% of maxt lifts for 4-8 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    incline bench press for 60-100% of max lifts for 4-6 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    pull-ups on a machine (if starting) for 60-100% of body weight for 6-8 reps per set for 3-4 sets.

    Lastly, what's MOST important is getting enough nutrition in a Calorie Deficit diet - consume 500 less Calories a day than you would normally consume (unless u worked out hard/enough on that day).

    dips for 6-10 reps per set for 3-4 sets

    It will help you build muscle on your chest and in your shoulders. Over time if you workout a lot and are dedicated you will lose fat but fat loss is mainly cardio/lifting/eating together. Good luck hope this helped.

    If you saw me IRL you would beg for tips and different training methods. Unlike anyone else in this forum I can give you advice that produces REAL RESULTS not some shit someone googled and am willing to post current pics to prove it. I'll help you out when I wake up later just got off 24 hour duty.

    Only other people who come close to knowing anything in this section are jack and oldschool.

    Pics will not be shirtless or edited. Some people are not all there in this forum.

    Ps stomach fat is literally the last area to start losing body fat. The answer before was garbage I'll have a real answer in 7 hours
