Worst soreness ever?

What are some of your "soreness" stories, by that I mean post-workout pain!

Here are two of mine:

1. First time ever touching weights I did arms and I literally could bend my arms straight for two days, it was so painful!

2. Recently went on a huge leg day where I was Squatting, RDL, Leg Press Dropsets (Spotted), and Hamstring Curls all in one sitting and I couldn't walk up the steps for a good four days.

Been lifting for about a year now, and a few days ago i did pretty intense bicep workout and was unable to bend my arm straight for 4 days, but i kinda love the pain =@

 

The pain is the only way to gain ;-)

 

Not weights related, but this one time I was using the rowing machine at the school gym, and when attempting to beat the current distance/time record set by our community police officer I accidentally slipped from the grip, punching myself in the face and knocking my 2 front teeth out. 6 years of dental surgery from the age of 15 might mean this story is less funny for me than you

 

Shoulder being sore. But the most pain is sore legs damn sitting on a chair ... Omg painful.

 

Man sore legs going up to stairs feels like I'm shackled to weights or something. @RsGambler I know exactly how you feel because you feel like something is gonna snap up in there. And I completely agree, no pain no gain so we must live through it. My motto was, just because we're smart and good with computers doesn't mean we have to dress and look like a stereotypical nerd. I live and die by that mantra, always trying to make myself look the best possible.

 

A while ago I maxed out on all compound rep's, left feeling dead. Hurt to even sit down for like 5 days. Regular painkillers didn't do anything for me.

 

When I started out ages ago my form was terrible on bent over rows, tweaked something in my back and could barely walk the rest of the day. That was the worst of it though, glad it was minor. Could have been a lot worse.

 

That must of being hilarious to see, first serious rowing machine injury ever I'd say haha

 

When I went back to the gym after a 6 month break I trained chest like I used to and my chest was so sore for 5 days I had to avoid any movements reaching for things

 

Sore deltoid from a flu shot...shit hurts guys.

 

When I started BJJ. It's brutal, you have to always be prepared and you are constantly using every muscle in your body to gain the advantage or not to lose it.

Many years ago I got a shot as well. I got it with my cousin(s) and sisters. The older ones couldn't raise their arm for a few days, while the younger had no problem.

 

I just blasted my forearms, shit hurts!

 

I tore my right calve doing squats before stretches just 3 weeks ago. Shit does hurt!

 

Going to snap city and back trying new shit when I started lifting weights back in high school for football lol.

 

When I first started exercising I was really, really unfit. I just googled like some nooby 30-day challenge thing and went ham without warming up, looking at how to do the exercises properly or cooling down. Squatting improperly fucked my knees up for a few days at a time, and I can remember limping about like a retard. It wasn't the worst pain I've ever felt, but it was definitely the turning point for looking in to what I was doing.

 

After I first started lifting, there were a few days I wasn't able to put on a sweater or properly reach my head in the shower.
