Bail out of Jail

Would my brother [Age 22] and I be able to bail someone [Age 17] out of jail? I don't know if you have to be related, etc.

As long as he can cover the money im pretty sure he can yeah.

Yeah, I tried Googling but it just gave me a bunch of tl;dr pages.

The only reason I'm even bailing him out is because that county takes forever to get a trial going. o.o
