IT is a legit vouch, check the IP of his account, you will see he is located in a completley different location, and is a completely different person

Dont worry, first when you open it , you will see the guide, it is in a PDF format which is opened using adobe acrobat reader, you then save this PDF file onto your computer, and then open it using Adobe Acrobat reader, then the guide is yours.
