Java is not recognized as an internal or external command

I belive this guied will help more then just that error so if your bot is messing up and the compiler is not working do this. This guied is for xp and vista users although it may apply to other OS.

    For xp users.
1- Go to start then right click on my computer.

2-Go to the new window that opens and hit the Advanced tab.

    3- Click Environmental Variables.

EDITED- You also need to either make or change your CLASSPATH if you do just the Path and it works don't worry about it but if it still dosn't work add CLASSPATH and for the variable put this
    Code:
    CLASSPATH=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_11\bin;%CLASSPATH%;
4- Find the ''Path" like in the picture, then click it then hit edit.

5- Once you have that window open were it says "vaiable Value" (like in the pic) paste this.
    %SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;C:\Program Files\Common Files\ADS;C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin;C:\Program Files\QuickTime\QTSystem\

    Now your rsbot should compile.

    Vista users.
Your set up is more complicated so.

Go to Start- My computer- Local disk C- Program Files (X86)- Now look for JAVA and right click on that folder and hit copy.

Go to Start- My computer- Local disk C- Program Files- Now paste the JAVA folder.

Open the Java folder and find the folder that says jre1.6.x.xx ( it should look something like that or jre1.6.x_xx) If you are

having trouble finding it you should only have two yellow folders at the top of your list once you open JAVA one is just JRE and the other is jre with numbers.

Once you find this folder go to

Start- and right click on my computer like the Xp users do, then fa new window appears

On the left hand side of that window in read there should be a list at the bottom of that list should be Advanced settings.

    Click advanced settings

Once you have that open Find Environmental Variables. Now just like the XP users find Path and type C:\Program Files\Java\Your java version goes here******jre1.6.x.xx\bin

Now hit ok then ok the try compiling and Your rsbot should compile.
If you typed your java version like jre1.6.x_xx it MAY NOT WORK so go back and instead of x_xx just put x.xx.

DO NOT DELETE YOUR PATH VARIABLE! JUST ADD JAVA, removing things will make other programs not run correctly.

CLASSPATH should be something like this(edit for version, and add it to there, do not delete other stuff)

REMEMBER, ADD THE ".;" as it is important!

Path should have something like this somewhere in it...

    change version number ect.

Good guide, maybe crop only the active window then it wont take as much space and it will be easier to follow.
