300 - By Vision Ex

The following are .zip documents of the movie 300. This material is to be known as under copywrite, and not to be re-used for commercial purposes. Each .zip file contains a portion of the movie, each labeled in chronological order, by events in the movie itself. Some of the following .zip files contain adult content, and it is recommended that anyone who may not have permission to view said content not download any of these files. Each file will be labeled as to which sort of content is given in the .zip files. All .zips include only images, and no video files will be given, no questions. The following film in which these images are taken from is rated 'R' by the Motion Picture Association of America - containing graphic battle sequences throughout, and some sexuality and nudity. As I will be posting the .zip files, those containing graphic battle sequences will be labeled with a single asterisk *. Those containing Sexuality/Nudity will contain a double asterisk **. Any that may contain both, will be labeled as follows: *|**.

This post will be updated as time goes along to include the further parts of this movie. I am uploading them to various servers now.

Choice 2 - Paint.NET



If you don't have, and need Photoshop, perhaps you would like to try this legal free program Paint.NET. It is a free image editing and photo manipulation software designed to be used on computers that run Windows. It supports layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools.

This program also supports other languages, such as:

Korean, Japanese,
Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish

Review

If you just want to retouch images a bit, Photoshop is overkill. Check out Paint.NET, an open-source freeware editor with all the essential tools, including those for cropping, rotating, resizing, adjusting colors, and creating collages.

Paint.NET supports the most popular image formats--JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, and others--but not superhigh resolution ones like RAW. However, you'll find such basic effects as Red Eye Removal, Emboss, Mosaic, and Oil Painting, and a few higher-end features such as Clone Stamp, Lasso Select, and Magic Wand. Like a full-fledged graphics package, Paint.NET even supports layers and an actions manager. The interface is very convenient, and the panels are semitransparent, so you won't need to hide them.

Version 3 fixes many old quibbles. Multiple-image editing is done through a convenient thumbnail manager in the upper-right corner of the app; blurry tool icons have been sharpened as well. Paint.NET is far better than Microsoft Paint, and given its free price, it's a no-brainer for anyone who does a lot of minor graphical tweaking.

Simple, intuitive user interface
Every feature and user interface element was designed to be immediately intuitive and quickly learn-able without assistance. It is also designed to be immediately familiar to users of the original MS Paint software that comes with Windows.


Layers
Usually only found on expensive or complicated professional software, layers form the basis for a rich image composition experience. You may think of them as a stack of transparency slides that, when viewed together at the same time, form one image.


Powerful Tools
Paint.NET includes simple tools for drawing shapes, including an easy-to-use curve tool for drawing splines or Bezier curves. The Gradient tool, new for 3.0, has been cited as a huge improvement over similar tools provided by other software. The facilities for creating and working with selections is powerful, yet still simple enough to be picked up quickly. Other powerful tools include the Magic Wand for selecting regions of similar color, and the Clone Stamp for copying or erasing portions of an image. There is also a simple text editor, a tool for zooming, and a Recolor tool.


Unlimited History
Everybody makes mistakes, and everybody changes their mind. To accommodate this, every action you perform on an image is recorded in the History window and may be undone. Once you've undone an action, you can also redo it. The length of the history is only limited by available disk space.




Special Effects
Many special effects are included for perfecting your images. Everything from blurring, sharpening, red-eye removal, distortion, noise, and embossing are included. Also included is our unique 3D Rotate/Zoom effect that makes it very easy to add perspective and tilting.

Adjustments are also included which help you tweak an image's brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, curves, and levels. You can also convert an image to black and white, or sepia-toned.




Open Source and Free
Paint.NET is provided free-of-charge, and the source code (all 133,000 lines of it) is also available for free under generous licensing terms. The bulk of Paint.NET is written in C#, with only a small amount of code related to setup and shell-integration written in C++.

Yes, I realize that it is not Photoshop. But c'mon. This is really good for a FREE program. I hope this isn't considered as advertising, cause its free.
