December 24, 2011 (The end to earth)

It has been rumored by the Mayans that the earth might somewhat end in the year 2011.

no. Just because they weren't smart enough to go farther than 2012 doesn't mean the world is going to end.

The Mayans predicted things based upon patterns, such as eclipses, seasons, etc. The end of the world will probably not be based upon such a pattern...

 

It may not just be the end it could be the rebirth/technological singularity or something else pretty cool.

It isnt gonna happen on that date, noone knows when the world will end, /end.

 

the mayans used the moon and the sun and stuff to predict yea it was try most of the stuff was right but i think they predicted taht date cause their calender didnt go past that date and how would it end cause we have plenty of resources, we know the sun wont go out, its not just gonna explode...but hey anything can happen
