bump question

hi,

recently i made a topic in services. lets say after i bump my topic the 8hr begins. than someone posts in my topic with an order form, can i reply to that topic quoting the order form saying, thank you i will talk to you add you blah. than after the initial 8h of the "bump" post is up can i post that bump reply also? on top of the quote of the order.

If I understand correctly your saying if you bump then 6 hours later reply to a post on your thread then 2 hours later bump because it's your 8 hour bump I think that is allowed but I'm not 100% certain.

 

Posting on a thread bumps it so not sure why you would need to bump it again 2 hours later.

 

because everyone bumps and posts on their threads so 2 hours later your thread could be super far down. @Wukn that's what im asking. basically im asking if i can reply to my topic replies from other people, than post my bump on top of that. because than i cant reply to anyone on my thread unless i wait 8hr

 

If you dont need to reply (if it isnt a question etc) then it counts as an early bump. Things like "done", "added", "starting" are unnecessary.

 

So that would be a early bump right? If yes, someone has to tell him cause he did lot of these

 

Some customers like verification on the topic for security confirming the order is being processed, it's an extra level of proof etc. if someone fills out an order, me saying "order has been started today, follow up on skype etc" should not be counted as a bump.
