it seems that everyone who traded with this guy got scammed.

You need to show the email address that payment was received from, and link it to him.

 

I hope this helps, the scammers MSN email ([email protected]) differs from his Paypal email ([email protected]) but you can clearly see from my mail box that he send me the money and chargedback the next day. Sorry if these proofs don't mean anything to you but I am trying hard at catching this scammer, afterall I lost my money...

There's no proof that that email is associated with the sythe account. Next time make sure you collect screenshots of the MSN convo, and ask him to tell you the email that the payment is coming form.
