No more than 8 hours a day. I take breaks in between 3-4 hrs for about 20-30 mins.

i always bot on 3 accounts
most nights all night long (about 6-9 hours depending on how much sleep i have) i bot my main (1927 total) and 2 of my noobs, one that has almost 85 mining and the other hmm nothing in particular i switch it... make money cutting yews, mine coal etc only received 1 ban on my main for 10 days quite a few months back i don't use break handlers, and i use rsbot

Every other day, I use random breaks and the bot is never running more than six hours.

All day with my army. Constantly switches between about 5 mains I'm working on atm.
