(Guide) How to get good at juggling (soccer)

My guide will show step by step of learning to juggle with a soccer ball, 2 different ways!

How to juggle with your feet
--------------------------------

1.)
Once you have the soccer ball, find a large, open area. I would suggest a square area of grass.



2.)
Hold the ball over your preferred foot.




3.)
Drop the ball over your right/left foot.






4.)
Kick the soccer ball up in the air a tiny bit right next to the tongue of your shoe is, just enough so you are able to catch it again.
(FYI: If you kick it other than where the tongue is, then the ball may go somewhere you don't want it to go.)






5.)
Set a goal. Try to do at least 50 well, controlled juggles.





6.)
Once you are able to do juggle easily, practice juggling multiple times. (2 or 3 times before catching it again.)

How to juggle with your thighs.
---------------------------------

1.)
Once again, go into a wide, open area.





2.)
Instead of dropping the soccer ball onto your preferred foot, drop it on your preferred thigh.







3.)
Angle your thigh just enough so it doesn't hurt, as well as angling it so the ball doesn't hit your knee and bounce off. Your angle must be perfect so it goes straight up.
This is a picture of the ball hitting your knee.. you don't want this:








4.)
Right before the ball hits, thrust your thigh up just a tiny bit so you are able to catch it, then catch it!






5.)
Do this over and over again 50 times.





6.)
Same with your feet. Once you are able to juggle easily with your thighs, try in multiples.

its a very basic guide, it doesnt tell you where to hit the ball on your foot (such as the side or top) and doesnt have much details good use of pictures though.
