I'm not sure if this would be resolved situation or still a scam attempt since the email was changed back.

Told buyer he should ask for refund from seller. Seller paid him back the 35m 07. I still think that MP_City should be given a TWC because he recover the account back which changed the register email to seller's email.

 

So, MP City recovered it intentionally, but then refunded the buyer?

Yes thats what it seems.

Also i told buyer to ask for refund just because it looked sketchy.. He came on and gave the account back to the buyer very quickly which means he had ownership of the account again. I even made sure with the buyer if he had his email registered on the account prior to recovery. He told me yes because he even tried to recovery it himself but it denied his request.


Would this be TWC? or Scam?

*Yesterday*
-Seller sold the account .
- Buyer puts his email on the account
- Buyer knows that accounts can be recovered by original owner ( made sure i went over this topic with him)
- Buyer has all the information about the account but it was denied. Buyer was ok with that since he previously bought an account with him he claims.

*Today*
-Buyer told me his account was locked
- Buyer did a recovery test and said denied
- Buyer confirmed his email was register on the account.
- Buyer & my self checked the what email was registered on the account. It was the Seller's email. ( Now why would that be changed hmm ..?)
- Buyer's email didnt match the current email registered on the account
- I told the buyer to ask for refund see if he will give. Buyer got the refund.After Seller came online and helped recover the account back. (sketchy)



I know i have no reason to report this since i have nothing to gain or lose from this. I just wanted to help the guy out and make sure other people don't get scammed with the same account. I took the liberty to add the account's username to the list-accounts-not-purchase-click-report-recovered-accounts



My concern is that wouldn't this classify as a scam even if the buyer was refunded? If the seller recovered the account back a day after selling it its still a scam attempt even if he refunds money. I just think a TWC would Sufic ..

So:

- The seller of the account has refunded the 35M 07 to the buyer?
- Is there any proof that the seller was the one to recover it?
- Did the seller recover it intentionally (if the above is true)?
- Was there anything stolen off the account?

 

I was told his intentions could of been to see if there was anything the buyer put on the account after purchase. Buyer said the email was changed when he was trying to recovery ( i posted on top i believe a screenshot of the email changed). The registered email does not match the buyer's email. Buyer was refunded the next day upon asking.Seller was able to recover the account and give the password immediately within 5 seconds when it usually takes longer than that.

 

Who is in control of the account atm? The buyer has been refunded, yes?

Lastly, was anything taken of the account?

 

O my bad forgot to reply to that question.

Account is taken back by the owner i was told by the buyer. Its with the seller. yes. Buyer has been refunded. No buyer reported nothin was taken because there was little money. Buyer assumed owner was going to wait till he had more wealth then recover.

If anything i would just maybe TWC him?

 

TWC applied.
