Thanks for looking. I just started to play around this month and got interested. I no i am very nooby but i still want to keep going. I wanna even join the gfx team to learn more. =)

I see you like the blurs =D
Something neat you can do with blurs is before you blur
1. Duplicate the layer you want to blur
2. Apply the blur you want to the duplicated layer (usually motion (2-5 pxls) /Gaussian (2-5) for this effect)
3. Set the layer with the blur to overlay or soft light and adjust the occupancy to how it looks best. OR you can go to (with the blured layer selected Edit>Fade (whatever blur you used) and pick the layers from the menu that look best. (it is essentially the same thing, only you don't use your undo history up looking through them.

Oh, and the third one from the top (penguin with hammer) is bitchen.

 

Agreed, the blur the way he said looks ace.
