Masterchief crashlanded in the wrong planet

You forgot to add a shadow cast down by the large buildings you've placed, which resulted in them looking obviously placed. Also, I see no reason why he would stay, unless he has just crash-landed. If so, is there a way to convey that? Maybe he is looking back on another one of his huge earthen ships that couldn't maintain flight, and would leave a rather large crater.

Try to sell a story by making the picture say a thousand words.

 

A 100% realistic shadowing would be to hard for anyone, I thought I did pretty good if you look closely you can see I shadowed it.

 

I mean that the city is not dropping a shadow on the landscape. Sure, it's shadowed properly, but you haven't got the shadows on the ground itself.

 

Yeah, I thought that out.

but then I figured: It's a shadowy landscape of death So it would be to unrealistic adding to much shadow on a already dark landscape.

VisionEx did deserve it though.

The way you did that makes it look like its just one resized stock, which is good. Really good.

and as vision ex seaid there needs to be more....crater crashed ship ect

 

Ille prob edit some craters and a burned down ship in V3 lol, TDD pointed out an orange round brush surrounding the dragon Ille need to fix that up(uploading messes that up didn't see anything in the PSD.)

Wow, that's awesome even if you did get some minor details wrong. Is 3D option possible with a portable version of cs4?
