I seen a few guides like this, but never really liked them because they were iether not organized, or didn't let me know what I wanted. Here you will not need to look any further, because there will be links to quests from RuneHQ, Rewards from each quest, and items needed!

Instructions
1. Read through the Quest List.
2. If you are a 1 Defence Pure you will be looking for quests that do not require a Defence level or give Defence XP (Monkey Madness' Defence XP is optional)
3. If you are a pure that has a defence level, you can pick and choose which Quests you want. (You will want all 1 Defence Pure Quests too)

Death Plataue
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 3,000 Attack XP.
3. Steel Claws.
4. Ability to make Claws and wear Climbing Boots.
Requirements: Item: 10 Trout, 10 Bread, Blurberry Special (May not be needed), Asgarnian Ale, Iron Bar, 100GP.

Waterfall Quest
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 13,750 Attack XP, 13,750 Strength XP.
3. 40 Mithril Seeds, 2 Cut Diamonds, 2 Gold Bars.
4. Access to the Waterfall Dungeon.
Requirements: Item: Rope, 6 Water, Air and Earth Runes.
Other: Ability to defend against Fire Giants (Level-86).

Vampire Slayer
1. 3 Quest Points.
2. 4,825 Attack XP.
Requirements: Item: Garlic, Hammer, 10GP

Tree Gnome Village
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 11,450 Attack XP.
3. Gnome Amulet of Protection.
4. Ability to use the Spirit Trees.
Requirements: Item: 6 Logs.
Other: Ability to defeat Khazard Warlord (Level-112).

Fight Areana
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 2,175 Thieving XP, 12,175 Attack XP.
3. 1,000 Gold.
Requirements: Item: 5GP.
Other: Ability to defeat Bouncer (Level-137).

Desert Treasure
1. 3 Quest Points.
2. 20,000 Magic XP.
3. Ability to cast Ancient Magicks and use an Ancient Staff.
Requirements: Skill: 10 Slayer, 50 Firemaking, 50 Magic, 53 Thieving and 50 Mining (for Ice Gloves).
Quest: Dig Site, Priest in Peril, Temple of Ikov, Tourist Trap, Troll Stronghold, Waterfall Quest.
Item: 6 Steel Bars, 6 Molten Glass, Charcoal (?), Ashes, 12 Magic Logs, a Blood Rune, a Normal Bone, a Silver Bar, Garlic, Pestle and Mortar, Chocolate Cake, Spice, Climbing Boots, Spiked Boots, Tinderbox, 10+ Lock picks, Facemask, Ice Gloves.
Other: Ability to defeat tough enemies, over Level 150.

The Freminnik Isles
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 5,000 Construction XP, 5,000 Crafting XP, 10,000 Woodcutting XP, 10,000 XP in two Melee Combat skills.
3. 14,000GP.
4. Fremennik Royal Helm.
5. Access to Runite Vein.
Requirements: Skill: 20 Construction, 40 Agility, 46 Crafting, 56 Woodcutting.
Quest: Fremennik Trials, The.
Item: Raw Tuna or a Harpoon, 9 Ropes, 3 Uncured Yak Hides, 15GP, 3 Thread, Needle, Bronze Nail, Hammer, Knife, Woodcutting Axe, 6 Mithril Ores or 7 Coal Ores or 8 Tin Ores, 10 Arctic Pine Logs or 8 Split Logs and 2 Arctic Pine Logs.
Other: Must be able to defeat the Ice Troll King (Level-122).

Freminnik Trials
1. 3 Quest Points
2. 2,800 Agility XP, 2,800 Attack XP, 2,800 Crafting XP, 2,800 Defence XP, 2,800 Fishing XP, 2,800 Fletching XP, 2,800 Hitpoints XP, 2,800 Strength XP, 2,800 Thieving XP, 2,800 Woodcutting XP.
3. Access to Rellekka's facilities.
Requirements: Skill: 25 Fletching, 40 Crafting, 40 Woodcutting.
Item: Knife, Tinderbox, Beer, Raw Shark, Woodcutting Axe, Potato, Onion, Cabbage, 5,250GP.
Other: Ability to defeat Draugen (Level-69) and Koschei the Deathless (several forms) without any Weapons or Armour.

Horror From the Deep
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 4,662 Magic XP, 4,662 Ranged XP, 4,662 Strength XP.
3. Prayer Book.
Requirements: Skill: 35 Agility (Agility pot needed).
Quest: Alfred Grimhand Barcrawl Mini-Quest.
Item: 1Molten Glass, Sword (Any; You won't get it back), 1 Arrow (any type), Hammer, 1 Swamp Tar, 2 Planks, 60 Steel Nails, Elemental Runes (Air, Earth, Fire, Water), Tinderbox.
Other: Ability to defeat a Dagannoth (Level 100) and Dagannoth Mother (Level 100).

Dig Site
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 2,000 Herblore XP, 15,300 Mining XP.
3. 2 Gold Bars.
Requirements: Skill: 25 Thieving, 10 Agility, 10 Herblore.
Item: Tinderbox, Chisel, Rope (2+) (Can be stolen from dig-site workers), Pestle and Mortar, Vial, Uncut Opal (Can be obtained through quest, but faster if you have it), Cup of Tea, Leather Gloves and Leather Boots (to be worn at all times when digging).

Priest in Peril
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 1,406 Prayer XP.
3. Wolf Bane Dagger.
4. Access to Morytania.
Requirements: Item: 50 Rune Essence (Pure or Normal, not noted) and a Bucket.
Other: Ability to defeat Temple Guardian (Level 30).

Temple of Icov
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 10,500 Ranged XP, 8,000 Fletching XP.
Requirements: Skill: 40 Ranged, 42 Thieving.
Item: Yew, Magic, or Dark bow, Lit Candle, 20 Limpwurt Roots, Knife.

The Tourist Trap
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 4,650 XP in two skills (Agility, Thieving, Fletching, or Smithing).
3. Ability to fletch Darts.
4. Access to Tourist Trap mines using Wrought Iron Key.
Requirements: Skill: 10 Fletching, 20 Smithing.
Item: Full Desert Robes, 2-3 Waterskins(4), Shantay Pass, 1 Bronze Bar (3-4 may be required in case of failure), 10 Feathers, Knife, Hammer, 100GP.
Other: Ability to defeat a Mercenary Captain (Level-47).

Troll Stronghold
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. Two 10k experience lamps for use on any stat over 30.
3. Access to Death Plateau.
Requirements: Skill: 15 Agility.
Quest: Death Plateau.
Item: 12GP.
Other: Ability to defeat Dad (Level-101) and Troll Generals (Level-113).

The Grand Tree
1. 5 Quest Points.
2. 18,400 Attack XP, 7,900 Agility XP, 2,150 Magic XP.
3. Ability to use the Tree Gnome Gliders.
4. Access to the mine under the Grand Tree.
Requirements: Skill: 25 Agility.
Item: 30GP or Ardougne teleport runes.
Other: Ability to defeat a Black Demon (Level-172) and survive several Jogres (Level-53) and Jungle Spiders (Level-44).

Monkey Madness
1. 3 Quest Points
2. 10,000 GP, Training attack & defence: 35,000 Attack XP, 20,000 Strength XP, 35,000 Defence XP, and 20,000 Hitpoints XP. Training Strength and Stamina: 20,000 Attack XP, 35,000 Strength XP, 20,000 Defence XP, 35,000 Hitpoints XP, 3 Cut diamonds.
3. Ability to purchase and wield the Dragon Scimitar.
4. Access to Crash Island and Ape Atoll.
Requirements: Quest: The Grand Tree and Tree Gnome Village.
Item: Ball of Wool, Gold Bar, Monkey Corpse or Monkey Bones from a Karamja Monkey.
Other: Ability to defeat Jungle Demon (Level-195).

Roving Elves
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 10,000 Strength XP, a free 2/10 Crystal Bow or Crystal Shield.
Requirements: Quest: Regicide, Waterfall Quest.
Item: Glarial's Amulet, Glarial's Pebble, Rope(s), Spade.
Other: Ability to defeat a Moss Giant (Level-84) without Weapons or Armour.

Regicide
1. 3 Quest Points.
2. 13,750 Agility XP.
3. 15,000GP.
4. Ability to wield a Dragon Halberd.
5. Access to Tirannwn through Arandar.
Requirements: Skill: 56 Agility (51 with a Summer pie), 10 Crafting.
Quest: Underground Pass.
Item: 2 Ropes, Spade, 1 Plank, Tinderbox, 5 Arrows (any), Any Bow, Any Pickaxe, 15-25 Coal, Pestle and Mortar, 4 Balls of Wool, Limestone (Obtained whilst completing the quest).
Other: Ability to defeat a Tyras Guard (Level-110).

Biohazard
1. 3 Quest Points.
2. 1,250 Thieving XP.
3. Ability to start Underground Pass.
4. Access to King Lathas Training Grounds.
Requirements: Quest: Plague City.
Item: 10GP OR Priest Robes.

Plague City
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 2,425 Mining XP.
3. Ability to teleport to Ardougne.
4. Ability to complete Biohazard quest.
Requirements: Item: Rope, Spade, Dwellberries, 4 Buckets of Water, Bucket of Milk, Chocolate Dust, Snape Grass

Drudic Ritual
1. 4 Quest Points.
2. 250 Herblore XP
Requirements: Item: Raw Beef, Raw Chicken, Raw Rat Meat, Raw Bear Meat.
Other: Ability to bypass one or two Suits of Armour (Level-19) and pass by Skeletons (Level-22).

Lost City
1. 3 Quest Points.
2. Ability to wield the Dragon Longsword and Dagger.
3. Access to Zanaris (The Lost City).
Requirements: Skill: 31 Crafting, 36 Woodcutting.
Item: Woodcutting Axe, Knife.
Other: Ability to defeat a Tree Spirit (Level-101) without Armour or Weapons.

Lunar Diplomacy
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 5,000 Magic XP, 5,000 Runecrafting XP.
3. 50 Astral Runes.
4. Access to the Astral Spell Set.
Requirements: Skill: 61 Crafting, 40 Defence, 49 Firemaking, 5 Herblore, 65 Magic, 60 Mining, 55 Woodcutting.
Quest: Fremennik Trials, The, Lost City, Rune Mysteries Quest, Shilo Village.
Item: Tinderbox, 1 Marrentill, 1 Guam Leaf, Dramen Staff, Pickaxe, Hammer, Pestle and Mortar, Needle, Thread, (can be bought from the shop) 400GP, Spade, Air, Water, Earth and Fire Tiaras/Talismans or an Elemental Talisman.
Other: Ability to defeat Suqahs (Level-111) (Magic and Melee attacks).

Shilo Village
1. 2 Quest Points.
2. 3,875 Crafting XP.
3. Access to Shilo Village.
4. Shortcut from Brimhaven to Shilo Village. (Cart ride)
Requirements: Skill: 32 Agility, 20 Crafting.
Quest: Jungle Potion.
Item: Rope, Lit Lantern, Spade, Chisel, Hammer, Bronze Bar, 3 Regular Bones, 500GP.
Other: Must kill Zombie (Level-91), Skeleton (Level-63) and Ghost (Level-93) consecutively.

Jungle Potion
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 775 Herblore XP.
Requirements: Skill: 3 Herblore.
Quest: Druidic Ritual.

Cook's Assistant
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 300 Cooking XP.
3. Access to the cook's range in the kitchen.
Requirements: Item: Pot, Grain, Egg, Bucket of Milk or Bucket.

Fishing Contest
1. 1 Quest Points.
2. 2437 Fishing XP.
3. Access to the underground shortcut between Taverley and Catherby
Requirements: Skill: 10 Fishing.
Item: 5GP, Fishing Rod, Garlic, Spade, Food.

Goblin Diplomacy
1. 5 Quest Points.
2. 200 Crafting XP.
3. 1 Gold Bar.
Requirements: Item: 45GP, 3 Goblin Mail, Yellow Dye, Red Dye, Blue Dye.

Another Cook's Quest (Recipe for Disaster)
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 2,500 Cooking XP, 2,500 Magic XP.
3. Increased Access to the Culinaromancer's Chest.
Requirements: Skill: 10 Cooking.
Quest: Cook's Assistant.
Item: 2 Lemons, 1 Pineapple, 1 Orange, Ashes, Cocktail Shaker, Rotten Tomato, Greenman's Ale, 1 Eye of Newt.

Dwarf (Recipe for Disaster)
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 1,000 Slayer XP, 1,000 Cooking XP.
3. Increased Access to the Culinaromancer's Chest.
Requirements: Quest: Fishing Contest.
Item: Egg, Bucket of Milk, Pot of Flour, Bowl of Water, ~1,000GP, 4-5 Asgarnian Ales (obtained in Falador), Gloves.

Goblin (Recipe for Disaster)
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 1,000 Cooking XP, 1,000 Crafting XP, 1,000 Farming XP.
3. Increased Access to the Culinaromancer's Chest.

Lumbridge Guide (Recipe for Disaster)
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 2,500 Cooking XP, 2,500 Magic XP.
3. Increased Access to the Culinaromancer's Chest.
Requirements: Skill: 40 Cooking.
Quest: Big Chompy Bird Hunting, Biohazard, Demon Slayer, Murder Mystery, Nature Spirit, Priest in Peril, The Restless Ghost, Witch's House.
Item: (All can be gotten from Culinaromancer's Chest) Egg, Bucket of Milk, Pot of Flour, Cake Tin.

Evil Dave (Recipe for Disaster)
1. 1 Quest Point.
2. 7,000 Cooking XP.
3. Ability to make Spicy Stew.
4. Increased Access to the Culinaromancer's Chest.

Very good. Love how you took time to write out reqs and rewards.

Missing some optional quests though, such as barrelchest anchor and bear helm. I think those are the only ones missing..

 

Very good, but make a section that includes prayer quests, for things like accumulator and bear head.
