Permanently Banned for RWT

I often see a lot of threads about people asking how to get unbanned for macroing. What are the chances of getting unbanned for RWT Major? Anyone here have any experience with getting unbanned with this offense? If so, how do I go about trying to get unbanned. Thanks. ^_^

 

Good luck. You can try to say you we're hacked by going to their twitter @JagexSupport but they will most likely will just say make a new account.

 

Did you ever bot on the account at all ever?
Or did you just use it for RWT?
(As for appealing, AFAIK it's the same story, very little chance of unban)

 

Yes, I have botted on the account before. I have no bans for botting if that makes any difference.

I don't buy gold. I'm not submitting to anything, rather quit. Dealt with too much in the past to let this one slide.

There is no tolerance for real world trading.

 

It's almost like I said this would happen. How did you trade. you get caught in game mentioning it or showing off? DO NOT EVER SAY YOU WERE HACKED OR DID NOT HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR ACCOUNT. That will add to the offense.

 

I got banned in 2007 on my Pmod account for RWTing, the RWT Ban got Quashed in 2011, but I think they have no tolerance now.

 

They're definitely most concerned with killing gold sellers so your chances of getting unbanned are pretty much none.

 

Figured, just wanted to post this for that small chance of hope. Looks like im SOL. On a serious note though I didn't sell gold. Transferred gold between accounts, I guess the amount of trades + the size of them looked like I was selling gold. Jagex is such a fail company.

 

If thats the case you shouldnt of been banned at all lmfao.
You have a good chance of getting unbanned, message them or tweet them with all info, tell them you were trading between account they can check ips of accounts if ips match or very similar they wont ban, so this is probably a mistake and you have fairly good chance at unban.

 

Twitter won't work, i've already tried tweeting a few of the Jagex mods. My only chance is email by the looks of it. I still haven't got a response so I'm not hopeful.

 

Typically, if you're botting a skill which makes money, you get a RWT ban, sometimes even if you don't even RWT.

I don't consider this to be true, all the the big name RWTers who don'b bot and only RWT hardly get any bans at all, they care more about BOTTERS, they hardly do a thing about gold flipping RWTers etc. who don't bot.

 

There's nothing you really can do, unless you logged in through a vpn or proxy before you traded. If you didn't just kiss your account good bye.

Wow man that blows, I got hit with a perm ban for RWTing also, there's literally no chance of getting unbanned, as sad as it is =/.

 

We can only hope that they will quash offences one day.... But at that point the game will probably me more in the shitter that they have to quash to attract more people back to game
