yea bud u cant, just add into the form, will you vouch?, then if they say no, then just deny their service request nothing wrong with that .

I hate to tell you but you cannot require people to give you a vouch.

A vouch is not a currency on this website.

People can give vouches if they feel you deserve one,otherwise you cannot force them too.
