Will Gold ores go up due to the double xp event?

will it be possible because p2p uses gold ore to train smithing with gold gloves. i have had 26k gold ores since they were 300 gp each, they went up and down. they r strting to go down again. can this be a trick of merchers, that people will sell all thier gold ores, and the merchers will buy them and make huge profits. or gold ores went down cuz of the living rock caverns update? comment plz on when i should sell my ores, cuz they wont sell atm. those 26k gold ores is all i have since i lost d claws in an hr on the day i got 99 fishing and officialy quit RUNESCAPE.=| FUCK RANGE TANKERS(only talking about a certain 1)

 

Smelting ores / making jewellry is really bad exp. People are looking to optimise their exp gains, if I didn't have most of my money tied up in expensive rares i'd definitely buy ourgs.

 

Herby stuff never buys at max and no pots buy either, so Ide imagine.

 

Aussie smelting gold ore with the gold gauntlets, isn't that bad of xp. Making the gold bars into stuff on the other hand, is a different story. But as far as their price going up, I wouldn't know. I haven't ever had luck with merching.

 

Nice way to make everyone know that your rich but yeah, i can see them going up quite a bit

 

I would buy out raw materials such as bow string, summoning items, and yew logs as many people will try and acheive 99 fletching, get high summoning and such seeing as they can make over 200k fletching xp an hour.

 

People are going to be doing the Skills that require Money, not time.. i.e. Prayer, Herblore, And so forth.. So they waste less money on exp. Most of those Raw materials are probably being bought out :/

 

I agree, the way everything is set up now is kinda ridiculous =\ but hey whatev... It's RS.. It will never be perfect haha.

 

Its merchers, recently they're starting to merch gold ore's, i've seen it in the cc's myself.

 

Prices won't change i think.

Well ideally, prices of Dragon bones could double, the event will act as a kind of time warp where everything goes twice as fast. So it's going to cost.
The news was far enough ahead, so it just might!

Oh yeah, and very bummed out that I just used my charms..
