Playerauctions scam? or just special needs?

so annoying really. I buy gold from this site like EVERY week. Over 10bill so far on RS3 and 3b on OSRS. I dont buy/sell gold I just buy it for personal preference

Its just getting out of control. All the gold I have bought from them over the last year, I always do the same thing.

Get a card from walmart/load it/buy gold/ repeat.
So I go to buy 600m last night. Money takes off my card as usual, and my account is immediately banned for "multiple accounts"

Ive never had more than 2 playerauctions accounts, 1 of which I didnt even logon over a year ago, and it was accidently made so I know for a fact that has nothing to do with it.
Thats all the chat had to say.

Im really annoyed tbh. I was gonna get my last partyhat last night but nope.

Surely Im a reasonable person, without these guys I wouldnt actually have 8b+ on runescape /everything I wanted in a game but its just to the point where you spend $5000+ on a game and expect decent customer service but get shitted on

Just adding to this - the rep, while a very genuine guy, isn't on sythe as often lately. Don't expect an immediate response, but he'll get to you eventually.
