Are things like boxing and stuff like that still a good money maker in RS3?

Yes and No. It all depends on if you win. Boxing and polypore are the more popular methods now. Sure it can be "good money" however it can also get you cleaned in minutes, especially polypore. I prefer boxing because it takes longer and gives both sides a chance of a comeback.

 

Ideal stakes where no scams occur are 50/50, so it should never be considered a good money maker. You can lose tons but you can also make tons.

I prefer Polypore stakes since they're quick, they're 50/50, there are lots of people doing them, and it's easy to spot scams before they happen.

about 80% of the people there are scammers and then you have a 50% chance of winning there is no way you should use this to make money.

 

Could you explain why if it's just a boxing match? Isn't that the point in staking? It's a 50% chance you'll win

 

Polypore stake , rest takes 2 long and watching yourself get comebacked on in a box is a worse feeling than getting 2 hit by polypore. Just make sure u trade and send duel to make sure opponent has inv of vials and ur good, can't get scammed after u switch interface to interface. Only possible scam is if u get traded by a name similar to duels name and then a duel req by dueler, the scam then can be vengeance in the stake which will give the guy anywhere from 1-300 free dmg.

 

I usually do myself Polypore staking. you should try it

 

I'd rather do bossing, it'd be a much safer and higher chance of winning big gold, plus you're getting xp
