    Can I use bonds to remove the negative balance?
    Can I use any kind of game card to remove the negative balance?

    I am not sure if there rules have changed but when they told me I had a "negative" balance they forced me to pay it in full with a credit card, no other payment methods where accepted. Don't know why they would allow members to go negative anyways...

    Negative balance is usually caused by a charged back payment. They don't "let" it happen.

    happened to me, you can only pay with available methods. I couldnt pay with paypal, had to go around my fucking county to find someone willing to use paysafecard. jagex are retards, :(
