How do you think the New Design of Skillcapes?

Terrible, I could make better graphics lol. Just look at the apparent "Trimming" of the cape on the sides... looks disgusting & it's not even accurate.

Also from the front view.. I have a bunch of strings from the cape across my chest I don't even know what that is.

Why did they change it? It was fine before.

When I first saw the capes in inventory, I burst out laughing. So horrible.

 

I can live with them while I work towards a max cape, but I wish they had taken another 6 months and done a complete upgrade to the capes rather than throwing it down to the ninja team. New (better) designs, new lore and maybe even some new emotes. When the capes first came out they were a big deal and so I think their 're-launch' should have been just as, if not much more, impressive. New skill capes should have been one of top updates of 2015, rather than a depressing side note.

But what's done is done I suppose. I'll be fine when they release the option to switch back to the old models and cross my fingers for a far off future fix someday.

 

It looks like they did not put any time into them and even rushed them. Wow.

Ill be honest, i really dont like them. They should have kept the bit on the shoulders to give them that difference from other capes.

I personally believe that it takes away from the accomplishment.. Like when I played rs3 I was like " whoa, that dude has 99 farming!" Now the cape sucks and I'll be like "Eww, that guy has an ugly cape on"

Idk what all you guys are on about. Maybe it's just me but the smithing cape worn doesn't look bad imo. Although I must admit the herblore cape in the invent does look sketchy af, would have to see what it looks like worn aswell.

 

I miss the old strength cape that everyone wanted back in the day. These new skillcapes just suck.
