account auto lock?

So I recently gave a player a free account he had it for a couple of days and it locked*I made no effort to recover it* anyone else having this problem? I unlocked the account for the player, but I don't know why it locked are they stepping up the banning of account sellers?

I know alot of you will asume I was scamming for items, but I really wasn't.

 

When jagex sees a totally different IP logged into the account from a far distance, they tend to lock accounts. It hasn't happen to me yet, but it hapens a lot and all you have to do is recover it then give it back.

 

This is the only thing you should listen to on this forum, any acc that changes IP, jagex has the right to lock the account.

yea but i removed it
