[email protected] problem

    Hey, I was trying to contact RuneScape through "[email protected]" e-mail, but it bounces back to me. I'm using Gmail. What to do? Is there a new e-mail? It's impossible to contact them via account help.

    I've also tried this with hotmail and yahoo. Both do not work. I guess jagex no longer uses [email protected]. Probably from all the kids pretending to be their dads asking to unban their sons account for botting. lol

    They don't do email support any more. You have to go through the support center on the website and submit tickets.

    I sent in a recovery for my account and they were pretty fast about replying.

    Was it actually a JMod that got back to you? Since most of the account recoveries are handled by their automated systems.

    I just got an email sent to me for password reset - who knows. Hopefully it's not a computer that does recoveries though, I added a lot of extra info a computer wouldn't comprehend :p

    I'm pretty sure some recoveries are done by a computer. I had an instant response (literally after 10 seconds) a few weeks ago.

    Glad you got your account back though. :)
