How Long Do Appeals Stay Pending?

One retard long ago scammed an account from me, and I got it back a few months later. In the time between I made a new account so never played the old one. I came back onto it 2 years later to see it was perma banned for a Major Macro Offence and perma muted for Website Advertising. The mute offenses got quashed but my appeal for the Macro Offence still is pending since a week ago.

How long do Major Macro Offences appeals take for Jagex to look over?

They don't look over them, so never.

 

^^they wont look at it no matter what you do, msg them or tweet them, they dont care.

 

I have never had Jagex look at a report before it expires. Unforunately, there really isn't much of a chance of getting it removed.

 

They never look at their appeals, especially for macroing major, I have 2 accounts (with a shit ton of cash) that are macroing banned, and they don't even look at appeals for it...
