How I'm getting 99 cooking

I canceled my subscription since school is starting soon, but I decided to get my first 99 while I'm free to play. I won't be a member till school ends, but that's fine with me. I bought 6m worth of tuna, and I'm going to cook a set amount of them everyday till school ends, which should give me 99. I'm doing about 12 inventories of tuna everyday, it doesn't take too long, and it won't get me bored or agitated.

Interesting. Are you ever gonna do days where you do more than 12 a day? That's a longgggg term goal

 

Possibly, and I'll probably miss some days so it'll all even out at the end. Yeah, but I won't have too much time to play RS, and it won't get boring or tedious for me.

 

That's a really long term goal, haha. But I guess there's not much else you can do whilst not being a member. Let us know how it all goes, I'll be here when you have that 99

Not a hard workload. Try not to miss any so that you don't fall to far behind.

 

That's a crazy long goal, but good luck nonetheless. Cooking is actually really quick if you get down to it properly, I did rogues den with monkfish then rocktails (when they profited from cooking) and it took about 2 weeks. Good luck

How much experience do Tuna give, 100? so its like 32k-ish exp/day? I was always very cheap in my supplies for cooking as well haha. Nevertheless Goodluck with your task!

I'm using bonfires, so 110 exp per tuna, and about 3k exp for a whole inventory. So, about 36k exp per day.

 

Gosh what level are you starting at? and how long exactly is it going to take you?

 

80, around 288 days. But, that's only if I'm doing 12 inventories per day. I'll probably do much more some days, so it'll be lower.

 

288 days.. I'm sure you could aim for more than that in a day, cooking isn't even long and you can afk it 80% of the time.

Yeah, but I won't have the time to train for extended periods when school starts. This way, I can train for a short period of time everyday, and I won't get bored or tired of cooking. However, when I have more time (weekends, breaks, etc.), I'll probably cook for much longer.

 

Will you not get bored/lack the discipline to do it for so long though?

 

Not really, it's like 30 minutes a day. I feel like I'd get more bored if I were to train cooking for multiple hours continuously.

 

The thing is with cooking, you just need the sound on, and you can do stuff on other websites/on your computer, as when you hear it stop cooking, you set another inventory on, that's what I did.

I'm doing a similar method with vyrewatch, I'm trying to kill 3 invents full a day, so the 500 corpse target will be done in approximately 8 days.

For me logging in every day to do 12 inventories of tuna is almost worse than just spending a few hours doing it at once.

That's kind of like working out 6 times a day for ten minutes instead of just doing an hour workout.
