Delete Recovery Questions?

Can anyone assist me in the process of deleting my recovering questions on my account?

Thank you but I tried this and it didn't work for me :$. The recovery questions are still there.

· Where was the account created?

· What ISP (Internet Service Provider) was the account created under?

· What are the email addresses, postcodes (area codes) and names on the billing contact information?

· What is the earliest billing transactions ID you can remember?
