    So someone hacked my account and i didnt really care for runecape so i didnt bother recovering it until tonight.

    I just got my account back, however, the hacker set new recovery questions and I dont know the answers to any of them. How do i get them deleted/cleared?

    Can't he just keep recovering my account with those questions? wtf jagex

    I had a recent situation.
    [email protected] and request a cancellation of your jag questions.
    Within a few emails the questions were deleted.

    You have to prove you were hacked and then the questions will be cleared. Don't worry!

    Email [email protected] or [email protected] and tell them that you have been hacked. Best method is to approach them and tell them to check the IP's and emails, if you're on the original IP and original reg email you'll be fine.

    they only take them off if you're the original owner of the account,and they will ask for account's creation details,they will check your IP,etc
