Momentom bar?

How do i put it above my chat window lol

 

just click it and move it if there isnt space you might need to move a few things around before to get it where you want it

 

The problem is I can't click it lol

 

Press the "esc" key then go to "retro" setup on the drop down box and you should be able to move it. also go to interface settings (also under the "esc" key) and make sure you don't have "lock interface customisation" ticked. If you do, untick it and it will move freely.

Also, the first part about bringing up the retro layout is if the ability bar isn't showing up at all.

 

Its under power correct because i still cant move it

 

I'm not sure what you mean by "under power". I'm still getting used to the interface myself, when you hover over the bar anywhere where you can see the blue background, i get a 4-way arrow and am able to drag and click. If your custimisation isn't locked, I have no clue. I think there is also a lock on the small bar that has the icons on it to get to your gear, skills, etc. make sure the padlock icon on the top right of that is open too.
