Fastest mele exp per hour?

What is the fastest method to train mele with skills of 75 atk 77str 72 def and 62 pray? Is ice field really over 400k exp a hour there?

 

I'd suggest just train @ Bandits, really good exp an hour

 

I'm not sure if you're talking EoC or 07 - When I trained my attk up I used red spiders (which are also a great source of gold charms)

 

Eoc I have acces to amored zombies

 

I've never trained at Armored zombies but I have heard good things about them, just test both out and see which you feel more comfortable doing.

I'd still go with Red Spiders due to their charm drop, but that's me.

 

What is full momenton does that give extra expbor something?

 

Armored zombies is the best training spot in eoc to use since theres the prayer altar right up the ladder. If 07 your talking about then you want to go to bandits.

 

I heard a kind of monster in icefield were you can get over 400k exp a hour is this true?
