What is runescape 07 and runescape EOC ?

Hello .. I just came back to runescape community @ 21 yo hoping to check the game i once loved badly after 5 years out of it. so anyone could please explain what do these mean ? " Rs 07 and EOC "

EOC is Evolution of Combat, meaning the current version of Runescape. 07 Runescape is a server Jagex brought back, an exact clone of Runescape how it was in 2007, owned and operated by Jagex (similar to Runescape Classic).

For 2007, all accounts were reset and everyone started fresh.

 

You're missing out if you don't know what 07 runescape is. If you've played back in 2007, then this is a bunch of memories awaiting!

07 is the 2007 version of runescape

and eoc is the jagex version of runescape ( the live version that has been being changed )

 

What everyone else has said, but since you are deciding you want to come back i would go with the 2007 version. eoc is like a completely different game and is like a 10x crapper version of wow.

Runescape 07 (OSRS) is the RS servers that have been released in the form of the game in 2007. It's a fresh start. However, EoC was the Evolution of Combat, which was a revamp of RS2, which has just been revamped again today with RS3.

 

ok. basicly there is runescape 3 now. if you enjoyed rs 5 years ago liek you said you did i recomend now even trying eoc or rs3. just try runescape 2007 and see how you go. iv given up on rs and just login to trade gold. i devote all my time to soulsplit!

 

It's really up to you what you choose, however I'm js 07 is gonna die in a year or so, I'd recommend playing RS3.

 

I'm an habbo addict and getting bored of it now, I buy and sell habbo for profit. But thing is i want to learn about Runescape as in buy and sell gold. I find it quite hard to follow.
