How to get HP XP?

Is there a way to gain only HP experience without Soul Wars?

 

Pest control, exp lamp rewards.

 

Those are really the only options. If you're low-ish level though and are looking to get high HP with low combat stats, pest control may not be the best way since (if I remember correctly) you have to contribute to the battle in order to get points. Which would, of course, raise your combat stats.

 

Slayer. I cannot stress enough how fast the exp will come without you noticing.

Failing that, try barraging on waterbirth - fast mage and hp exp.

 

If your attempting high hp without raising combat stats then your only option is pest control fixing the barriers to earn zeal.

If your looking for the best combat way of raising hp, its definately range.

You can repair barriers to get the 50 'damage'

 

I don't remember you being able to do that, but I haven't played PC for a while.. stupid jagex.

 

He asked for ways to train ONLY hp.

 

As others have said try PC with barriers, if you dont mind training range/mage barrage or use chins

 

You can get an exp reward from completing troll invasion each month which you can then put on hp.
