Getting my account back with email hacked.

My email is hacked and they got my account (RS), too. Is there a way to get it back without using email password change requests?

Tell them that your email got hacked and provide as much account detail possible. They will then remove the email and you will have to recover the email manually

 

It seems that emailing Jagex is the only option, though there is a really really really slight chance they'll get back to you on that, mainly because of all the emails they already get on a daily basis.
