Login Help

I used to never have this problem, but as of recent, I try to login to my account on the main page to access my message inbox but everytime I do, it gives me an error screen saying "Safari Can't Open Page, Failed to open page".

I know it's a broad subject to help with but that's all it gives me. This used to never happen so I'm just curious as to if anyone knows how to work this out.

 

Try using Firefox or chrome.

An error occurred during a connection to secure.runescape.com.

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.

(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

 

Try accessing your inbox by opening it in a new tab from the lobby screen.

 

Tried clearing cache?

 

delete all cache to do with jagex make sure firefox isnt blocking java or runescape itselfs

 

Try running a program called 'CCleaner' (free download) it basically clears all the temporary internet files for all your browsers and other files which are no longer need by your computer.

Also make sure you have no kind of Adblocker running which might be interfering.
