Troubles with PlayerAuctions?

Hey guys,

Before I start this topic I am not sure if this is the right section to post it in but since I have seen content in here before like this I feel it is correct since it involves both Runescape and Gold.

First off, I purchased 100M from PlayerAuctions using the Paypal option. Once I selected the Paypal option and payed for the 100M I saw that the state of the payment was updated to "Verifying Payment" which is normal. Verifying Payment usually only takes less than an hour to do according to PlayerAuctions and past experience.

I went on and started talking to the customer support to try and resolve this issue because it usually doesn't take this long. Once I started talking to customer support they said they has sent emails to my PlayerAuctions linked account and my Paypal linked account but when I checked both of those email addresses I never saw anything. The live support has hardly helped me and I don't understand why it is taking so long to verify. I have checked my email for the receipt but the only receipt I have gotten is the one from Paypal not the one from PlayerAuctions.

If anyone knows how to help or has any similiar problems feel free to share your solution.

wait a bit longer and then contact the support again, the money is paid? they have it?

 

Yes the money is off my paypal. It says the order is pending on Paypal though, I'll just wait till tomorrow morning and see if the status changes.

 

if you haven't recieved your 100m, perhaps you could try to open a dispute or just cancel the order. talk to livechat again, there can be different reasons why it take so long, usualy it takes like what 5 minutes to complete the verifying. maybe your paypal information isn't strong enough to provide the verify on playerauctions on their system something like that. we'll see what happeneds

Edit: sent a message to the seller if they're able to deliver the gold

 

it might be that the guy is out of stock and as i remember it auto refund within 24h?

oops yeah i forgot to tell that, if a seller is not be able to deliver in a time base, you can get a refund and chancel the order

 

You should get a refund.
