Anyone know what this bow is?

I googled "yelo bow" and couldn't find anything... is it a quest item?

I don't think it's a yew long bow. I took this picture recently on EoC, and if it were a yew long bow it would have a shield on it since all longbows got converted into a shield bow. Also it was being wielded by a level 4 skiller so I don't think she had the requirements to wield a yew long bow. :?
