Best Castle Wars Melee gear?

I am going to be spending a lot of time in Castle Wars.

I was wondering what is the best gear I can take into there?

All stats 99 and money isn't an issue. (looking for Melee gear only)

 

Last time I played it was the Hybrid armor (Vanguard, Battlemage, Trickster).

But this was like 6 months ago so things may have changed...

 

I think this might be it but I remember those armors having really terrible magic defence not sure if that's still a factor post EoC. Perhaps the p.o.p non-degradeables might do well.

 

The PoP armours take 2 months + to obtain.
