Scammed By vgoldseller! Never buy from them!!

Hey guys, I would like to tell you about vgoldseller, probably the biggest scam on the internet. Well first I ordered some gold, and they tell me that they are unable to give me the gold, so I ask for a refund, and they say I will be refunded later, which I wasn't... so after 9 DAYS I go to the Live chat support and this is what they say

Griffin (Me): I was told I would receive a refund, my paypal email is: (not showing my paypal email here for obvious reasons)

Sunny: Sorry, we are unable to refund you at this time

Griffin: I was told that I would receive it over 9 days ago.

Silence for about a half an hour

Sunny: What is your Paypal email

Griffin: I already told you (my pp email here)

Sunny: Sorry, but you did not buy gold from us

Griffin: Yes, I did, I have the receipt!

Sunny: Please paste the receipt here

Griffin: (not showing this either for obvious reasons)

Sunny: Sorry, this is invalid.

Griffin: So you scammed me?

Sunny: (says NOTHING)

Griffin: If I do not receive a refund within 10 hours, I will call Jagex and inform them about your awful website (I was obviously lying here, but what else would I say lol?)

Sunny: Go ahead and call them, we don't care.

Griffin: So you did scam me?

Sunny: (says NOTHING again :/)

Griffin: You guys are terrible. Scamming people for real money, and not even giving them IN GAME MONEY. You guys are pathetic, and you all disgust me. I have heard many bad things about you guys, after I ordered, and I regret it, but trust me, you guys wont win this.

Sunny: (Leaves Chat)

So anyways, please do me a favor, and go on vgoldseller's live chat support, and spam them like crazy, piss them off. They will not win this lol.
Also, if you are considering buying gold, BUT IT FROM USFINE.COM !!
I bought 24M from usfine.com for only $8.00! They deliver instantly too! Just order it, go on their live chat support, tell them your order number, and they will tell you where to meet them for the trade!

So yeah, the moral of this story is NEVER, EVER, BUY FROM VGOLDSELLER! =@

Really annoying though, how do they get away with this?

 

Not to mention it's all text log, it's not the proper way to handle the situation. Take screenshots and use the report a scammer function, if staff rules they infact did scam you they can warn the entire site of the incident.
